Technical requirements and instructions:
1. The wires, terminals and auxiliary materials used should conform to the specifications and brands specified in the detailed list. Any changes or substitutions must be approved by Bowei Technology in writing.
2. The line sequence correspondence at both ends of the cable must strictly comply with the definition in the wiring correspondence table in the figure.
3. Cable assembly material identification sleeve and terminal identification sleeve
The text on the material identification sleeve shall include the name description, material number and version number information of the cable assembly.
The text on the terminal identification sleeve should be the same as the corresponding description in the connection table.
The font, font size, layout style, etc. of the text on the identification sleeve can be determined by the cable assembly manufacturer.
4. The cable assembly must be processed and produced by a manufacturer with UL/CSA certification.
5. The cable assembly manufacturer needs to provide an IPC-1752A statement to ensure that all materials used meet the ROHS standard requirements.
