Product Introduction:

Radiation-crosslinkable polyvinylidene fluoride (X-PVDF) has a series of advantages such as excellent chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent creep resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, etc., through electronic After cross-linking by beam irradiation, it can be used in an environment of 175°C for a long time. Its corrosion resistance is between polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyfluoroethylene propylene (FEP), especially it has excellent resistance to strong acids, halogens, halogen compounds and extremely strong oxidants. The crystallization melting point is about 140~160℃, the thermal decomposition temperature is over 320℃, and the long-term use temperature is between -40℃~175℃. The tensile strength can reach more than 40MPa, and the wear resistance and weather resistance are excellent. It is very suitable for sheath materials and heat shrinkable materials.


Application fields:

X-PVDF is used in sensor cables for high-temperature components in the automotive field. Automotive sensor cables are important components of cars. The signal transmission of cars mainly depends on the performance of the insulating material of the sensor. The insulating material needs to withstand high temperature, corrosion, friction, and impact And other strict environmental tests, the excellent performance of X-PVDF meets the demanding requirements of the automotive field. X-PVDF can withstand a high temperature environment of 175°C for a long time, and can withstand a high temperature of 300°C for a short period of time. Various oil products used in automobiles cannot corrode X-PVDF materials. Fracture, safer and more reliable, compared with X-ETFE, X-PVDF has higher strength and hardness.
