Product Introduction:
PFA fluoroplastic is the English abbreviation of perfluoroalkoxy copolymer, which is copolymerized with a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melting point of PFA is about 304°C, the density is 2.13-2.16g/cm3, and the long-term use temperature is -196--260°C. PFA is thermoplastic and can be directly processed into products by ordinary thermoplastic molding methods. It is suitable for making corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, seals, medical parts, high-temperature wires, etc. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, can withstand most chemicals, has the lowest coefficient of friction among plastics, excellent electrical properties, and electrical insulation is minimally affected by temperature.
After physical foaming, the foamed PFA material can significantly reduce the cable density, reduce the cable dielectric constant, reduce the cable capacitance, reduce the cable signal loss and other advantages, so it has obvious advantages in high-speed transmission communication cables. Moreover, the electrical properties are not affected by temperature, and the application occasions are wider. In the medical B-ultrasound cable, it can be made into 40~46# ultra-thin coaxial foam cable, which has the advantages of stable wire diameter, low capacitance and stable electrical performance.

The melting point of PFA is 304°C, and the melt viscosity is low. It is very suitable for thin-wall extrusion processing. The screw speed during processing is 5~9rpm.
