Product Introduction:
Physical foaming PP used in the automotive field, compared with chemical foaming PP can achieve higher foaming degree, suitable for communication cables with higher electrical performance requirements. Physical foaming PP material through the injection of foaming gas in the extrusion process to achieve foaming, foaming degree can be achieved by the amount of gas, flexible and convenient operation, can reach 70% foaming degree. Processing temperature 180~240℃, by adjusting the temperature and extrusion screw speed can achieve different degrees of foaming control.
