Product Introduction:
Thermoplastic elastomer material TPE is composed of polyolefin and elastomer materials with high dielectric strength. The composition structure is simple and clean, which meets the high voltage requirements of cables (>120Kv, DC), and has excellent flexibility and elasticity. The cable has good bending resistance. The use temperature of conventional materials is 70°C. After irradiation crosslinking, the long-term use temperature can reach 90°C. It has the temperature resistance of thermosetting materials and can be used in high temperature environments for a short period of time.
In medical X-ray detection equipment and X-ray security inspection equipment, the cable voltage is as high as 120kV (DC), which has very high requirements for the insulation performance of the cable, and also needs to meet the requirements of temperature resistance and flexibility, so cross-linked The TPE material is cross-linked by irradiation, so that it can meet the temperature resistance requirements of high-voltage X-ray cables.
